25,000 Square Foot Bowling Centre Hits Popular Niagara Falls Tourist District
Now, there is even more fun to experience on Clifton Hill! NIAGARA FALLS, ON – Monday, May 11, 2009 – Locals and visitors to the Niagara Falls area are invited to experience the all new Strike Rock N’ Bowl – an upscale Bowling and Entertainment Centre – which recently opened May 8th. 2009.
The massive 25,000 square foot centre – located in the heart of the Clifton Hill tourist area, will be the first of its kind to hit Niagara Falls, Canada.
“This is definitely not your grandfather’s bowling alley,” said Philip Oakes, Director of Operations. “Strike Rock N’ Bowl is truly a modern, family-focused entertainment centre for the 21st century.”
There are 14 full sized bowling lanes, multiple billiard tables, full amusement arcade, a dining area, and sports bar. Up to six people can bowl on a single lane. The décor is modern and comfortable, with high-backed seating, cozy bar stools, custom floor coverings, and modern lighting. Strike Rock N’ Bowl provides a great place to enjoy some exciting games, delicious food and great family fun.
Created exclusively for recreational bowling and family fun, bowlers of all ages will be immediately impressed with the automated scoring system, the touch screen monitors, high-definition audio/visual system, plus intelligent LED lane lighting, all of which create truly electrifying bowling experience.
Smaller children – and people new to bowling – will appreciate a special bumper-bowling feature that eliminates gutter balls. Special bumper-rails in the gutters can be raised and lowered on a player-by-player basis, allowing the entire family to have a fun bowling experience.
A full Boston Pizza food and bar menu is available, including gourmet pizzas, delectable pasta, mouth-watering appetizers, meal-sized salads, entrees, desserts and a variety of beer, wine and spirits.
Plus, between eating and bowling families can enjoy the high-tech video arcade, which contains some of the latest video and ticket redemption games in Canada.
