Sunday, November 19th to Thursday, November 23rd, 2023
Attendees can start booking rooms Wednesday, October 18th at 9:00 AM at the participating Niagara Falls hotels.
Over the course of more than 18 years, the community-supported Sleep Cheap fundraiser has raised over $2,400,000 for more than 100 different local charities.
Here are some things you should know:
- Sleep Cheap will run for 5 nights, beginning on Sunday, November 19th and ending on Thursday, November 23rd.
- This promotion is only available to Niagara residents (age 21 and up) who have a current valid credit card.
- This year, attendees can book two nights.
- There are no resort fees or hidden costs in any of the room rates. The Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of $2.00 per night will apply to rooms.
- 2023 Sleep Cheap rates will be significantly discounted from retail rates.
To make a reservation, please contact the hotels directly. Promotional rooms will only be available to Niagara Region residents 21 and older with a current valid credit card. Room reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Rooms can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking “date and time.” Cancellations made after the 24-hour booking window will be charged the full Sleep Cheap rate.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for room reservations. Participants will be charged the full Sleep Cheap rate for the room if they cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation.

Every year I call GWL it is always busy? Do they accept in person reservations?
Yes, the line-ups start early though, so come hours before. But that is your best bet!
This will be our first year participating. I am assuming the rate for a room at Great Wolf would be $85 including the waterpark. Is that correct? Also, can you book more than one night? Any other pointers, tips or useful info for first timers would be greatly appreciated.
That is correct. $85 includes admission to the park as well. Great Wolf Lodge sells out first and chances are by phone you will be met with a busy signal. This is why most people decide to arrive in person. A lot of people line-up super early, so get there hours before!
I hope that the Great Wolf Lodge does not in fact take reservations in person. THey have only provided their phone number for reservations, meaning that calling them is the only accepted way of making a reservation. If they are violating their own terms for reservations by allowing people to jump the queue in person, then making reservations online would also be acceptable. They don’t allow online reservations so making reservations in person should also be disqualified. THat would be like calling their number a few hours ahead of time, and asking to be put on hold until 8am Friday morning. Not fair, and quite misleading. Definitely a violation of the terms they have given the general public.
After waiting on hold for at least 15 min at three different hotels only to be told their
hotel is not offering their Jacuzzi rooms was very frustrating.. I expect long waits but if it was listed on each hotel what rooms they are offering I may have been able to get one. but after wasting over 45 min of being on hold everything is all sold out now…. This such a great thing but definitely needs some bugs worked out of the process still after all these years….

When and how can I book for cheap stay for 2023 early as it’s always fully booked.
Americana is already almost fully booked for it. It says only Friday night is available. So it was open to book before the Oct 18…. And you save 10 bucks from the regular price…
