Within the municipalities in Niagara, here is a list of Niagara Region Easter Egg Hunts to take the kids for 2018.

Beamsville Annual Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, March 31st, 9:30 am-12:00 pm

Where: Beamsville Lions Club, 5100 Fly Rd., Beamsville. ON.

There will be a bicycle awarded to finder of the "special egg" for each age group except ages 0-3 where another prize will be awarded.
Free hot chocolate and hot dogs (donation).
In Support of the Event a cash or non-perisable food donation to Community Care of West Niagara would be appreciated. The Smudge Family Musical Show 9:00 am - 9:30 am and 10:15 am - 10:45 am

Easter Egg Hunt times:
up to 3 years begins 9:30am
ages 4 to 6 begins at 10:00am
ages 7 to 9 begins at 10:30am
ages 10 to 12 begins at 11:00am

Fort Erie

Ridgeway BIA easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, March 31st, 10:00 am

Where: Ridgeway Village Square, Friendship Trail, Ridgeway, ON.

Visit from the Easter Bunny and activities for kids 10 & under. Keep an eye open for eggs containing prize tickets from local businesses.


Village of Hopes Easter Egg Hunt 

When: Saturday, March 31st, 1:00 - 3:00 pm

Where: Great Lakes Christian High School, 4875 King Street, Lincoln, ON.

Over 15000 eggs, 10 prizes in each category, free giveaways for 1st 100 children. There will be a BBQ plus much more! Food or Fund admission for Village of Hope Food Bank. 

Niagara Falls

Fireman’s Park Annual Easter Egg Hunt

When: Friday March 31st, 11:00 am

Where: 2275 Dorchester Road, Niagara Falls, ON. 

Warner Ranch Easter Eggstravaganza

When: March 30th, 31st, April 1st and 2nd, every half hour from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Where: 7705 Schisler Road, Niagara Falls, ON.

Egg hunts, egg decorating, pony rides, tours of the farm, Belgian horse drawn hay rides, inflatable bouncers, and more all Easter weekend long. Children that wish to participate in egg decorating, the egg hunt, petting zoo and hay ride are $8.00, parents are $2.00 each. Children under the age of 1 are admitted free unless they choose to participate in egg decorating and egg hunt.


Annual Bunny Trail

When: Saturday, March 31st, 10:00 am

Where: Niagara on the Lake Community Centre, 14 Anderson Lane, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON.

The event will kick off at 10:00 am sharp with the Kinsmen Egg Hunt. Following the egg hunt there will be games, entertainment, BBQ, Vendor event, bake sale, Rummage Sale, Snacks, and so much more!


Pelham's Annual EGGstravaganza

When:  Saturday, March 31st, 11:00 am

Where: Pelham Arena - 1120 Haist Street, Fonthill, ON.

For children 12 years and under. Must bring your own basket. A shuttle to the arena will be available at Harold Black Park (953 Haist Street, Fonthill) will be available from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Starts at 11:00 am SHARP.

Port Colborne

Easter Eggstravaganza

When: Saturday, March 31st, 11:00 am

Where: Vale Health & Wellness Centre, 550 Elizabeth St., Port Colborne, ON. 

Join the Easter Bunny and have fun searching for an Easter Egg! Join Cindy Cook from Polka Dot Door for two Easter Shows at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Easter Bunny Meet & Greet before each show and a Bunny Hug after! 

Face Painting by Niagara Face Painters - 10:00 am

Egg Hunt - 11:00 am

Easter Egg Hunt outside front entrance of Vale Health & Wellness Centre, weather dependent. The Egg Hunt will be moved indoors to Walking Track if inclement weather.

FREE Family Skate: 3:30 - 4:30 pm


Annual Easter Egg Hunt

When: Friday, March 30th, 10:00 am 

Where: Leisureplex Township Park, 2543 South Grimsby Road 6, Smithville, ON.

Age group hunting areas, exchange coloured eggs for chocolate, country chic petting zoo, Tim Horton’s drink truck, outdoor event happening rain or shine.

St. Catharines

Jaycees Annual Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, March 31st, 9:30 am-12:00 pm

Where: Jaycee Park, 543 Ontario St., St. Catharines, ON.

This egg hunt is for children from ages 1-10. There will be a Niagara Inflatables FunZone at the Easter Egg Hunt, and over 50,000 eggs! 

Hunt times:

10 am: 1 to 3 years
10:30 am: 4-6 years
11 am: 7-8 years
11:30 am: 9-10 years


Annual Thorold Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, March 31st, 10:00 am

Where: Battle of Beaverdams Park, Thorold, ON. 

Hosted by the Thorold Station 1 Volunteer Fire Fighters (Protection Hose Company No. 1), kids will be divided up by age catagory, and everyone will leave with a Chocolate Bunny.  Please bring a non-perishable food item for Community Care and make sure to come early to register to win one of the big prizes and meet the Easter Bunny. Hot Chocolate will be sold for $1.00 per cup. 


Welland 23rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, March 31st, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Where: Merritt Island, Welland, ON.

Come and enjoy Face Painting, Trivia, Carnival Games, Entertainment, Fish Pond, Bouncers, Easter Bunny, Sparky, Clowns, Refreshments, Fire Truck Display, Fun Express Train, Station and much more. Donation to participate is $3.00 per child for any of the times for their age or any of the Family hunts. Proceeds go to Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Niagara. Activities & Games tickets will be 50¢ each. Tickets won may be cashed in for prizes at the prize tent.
