Niagara Grape and Wine Festival

When: Weekends, September 8-10 & 15-17 & 22-24, 2023

Founded way back in 1951, the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival has grown from a local harvest fest into the oldest and largest celebration of its kind in Canada! The Montebello Wine & Culinary Village is where the magic happens, celebrating the finest food and wine from Niagara. In addition, we’re introducing some exciting new experiences this year:

Lincoln Harvest Pioneer Day

As autumn paints the trees in vibrant hues, Lincoln comes alive to celebrate the bountiful fall harvest right here on our museum grounds.

Harvest Pioneer Day is a vibrant gathering filled with captivating folk arts and crafts demonstrations, lively music, toe-tapping dances, and a delightful array of artisan vendors. It’s a day for the whole family to savor the rich tapestry of sights and sounds!

Admission:
Getting in is a breeze! Tickets can be snagged online or right at the gates. It’s just $5 per person (ages 4 and up), or gather the family for only $20.

Parking:
Please note, on-site parking won’t be available. To ensure those with specific accessibility needs have convenient parking near the museum, kindly leave the road-side parking open. If you require accessible parking, drop an email to [email protected].

For parking, head over to the Jordan Fire Station at 3763 Nineteenth St, Jordan. (Remember to use the public parking lot to avoid any disruption to the Fire Service.)

Family-Friendly Fun: Family-friendly vibes are a big part of our festival. We’ve always had children’s performers, and this year is no different. So bring the kids during the day, and if you want to enjoy the evening shows, you can easily arrange for a babysitter. It’s all about making memories together.

A Feast for the Senses: Besides the music, we’ve got plenty more to offer. You can explore a variety of Ontario craft beverages, local food vendors serving up delicious treats, and craft vendors. Plus, you’ll be treated to live art installations for a visually stunning experience.

A Bit of History: The Cicada Festival traces its roots back to the early 2000s when it started in the Lepp family’s backyard. It was a neighborhood affair, and everyone was invited. Fast forward to today, and it’s evolved into a fantastic music extravaganza!
