TORONTO, Dec. 3 /CNW/ – Global Television and Entertainment Tonight Canada welcome 2010 with ‘New Year’s Eve in Niagara Falls’, a fun-filled evening in celebration of the coming year.
The nationwide fete is an ET Canada first and will kick off with a 90-minute live broadcast from the Falls on Thursday, December 31 beginning at 11pm ET/PT on Global. ET Canada’s Rick Campanelli, Kim D’Eon, Rosey Edeh and Roz Weston will lead the countdown and ‘rock in’ the New Year with special performances by legendary rockers STYX and the multiple Juno Award-winning and Grammy-nominated, Glass Tiger.

With a dazzling fireworks display planned for midnight, the outdoor celebration will take place at the edge of the Falls in Queen Victoria Park and is expected to draw over 30,000 spectators.
